Ondam is built so your data stays on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your conversations, and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information.
None that leaves your device. Ondam has no user accounts and requires no sign-up. Your chats, the assistant's name and persona you set, your settings, and any images you attach are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We have no access to them.
The AI runs locally on your phone using on-device models. Your prompts and the generated replies are processed on the device and are never transmitted to us or any third party for processing.
The app uses the internet for one purpose only: downloading the AI model and voice files the first time you set them up (and updates). These are public file downloads — no conversation data, audio, or personal data is uploaded. After download, the app works fully offline.
If you use voice input or live voice mode, audio is captured to convert your speech to text and to read replies aloud. This is handled on the device. Ondam does not record, store, or upload your audio to us.
With your permission, notifications are used only to show AI model download progress.
Optional purchases (Ondam Pro subscription / Basic unlock) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details; Google processes payments under its own privacy policy. We only receive whether an entitlement is active.
None. Ondam contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking.
Ondam is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no personal data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
All your data lives on your device. You can delete conversations in the app, and uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

AI는 휴대폰에서 온디바이스 모델로 직접 실행됩니다. 입력과 답변은 기기에서 처리되며 처리 목적으로 당사나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
인터넷은 오직 AI 모델·음성 파일의 최초 다운로드(및 업데이트)에만 사용됩니다. 이는 공개 파일 다운로드이며 대화·음성·개인정보는 업로드되지 않습니다. 다운로드 후에는 완전히 오프라인으로 작동합니다.
음성 입력이나 라이브 음성 모드 사용 시, 말을 텍스트로 바꾸고 답변을 읽어주기 위해 오디오를 사용합니다. 이는 기기에서 처리되며, 당사가 오디오를 녹음·저장·업로드하지 않습니다.
